• While at the Sholin Kung Fu school we participated in a Chinese calligraphy class. This stood out for me the most because while in elementary school I took a calligraphy writing class that I did really well in. So being able to come in with that skills and apply it to another culture’s art was an amazing feeling. It also reminded me how much I loved doing and has inspired me to practice more when I get back to America, Chinese and English calligraphy.
