I never thought I would be going on a study abroad to China at this point in my life. Being apart of this trip has truly meant the world to me as I have never flew on a plane before nevertheless traveled outside of the country. Because of this amazing experience I now have a better understanding of the world I live in. In addition, I now have a different and clearer perspective of Chinese and its people. I have gained deep interest in the Chinese language, and have now continued furthering my practice with learning Chinese and writing characters. My dream is to one day be able to speak Chinese fluently, and I would definitely visit China again in the near future. Words cannot explain how grateful I am to all the chaperons, teachers, volunteers, and sponsors who made this trip possible. Thank you MJYF !
